Whilst we may not always have vacancies, the Watervale Hotel and Penobscot Farm are always looking for new talent. 

We are a growing business and constantly on the look out for Chefs and experienced Fine Dining Waiting Staff, whether as a long term career or to have a positive impact over a shorter period. We will be looking to take on apprentices in the not to distant future. 

Just as much as experience we are looking for people who share our values, ethics and philosophies – particularly around customer service. Hospitality work ethic is mandatory.  

We have Penobscot Farm roles that allow extension of working holiday visas, giving strong preference to Chefs who can focus on food processing, or those that can also work at the Watervale Hotel front of house.

Our menu is seasonal, driven by produce from our own organic, bio dynamic Penobscot Farm.
