Our Front Bar is the perfect place to rub shoulders and have a yarn with local winemakers and grape-growers.
The Cocktail Bar
The cocktail bar is a great place to sit and relax over a cocktail, champagne or wine.
The Garden Bar
The front bar opens up into the Beer Garden in the garden bar. Stroll up to the bar for the full range of beer, wine or coffee.

The Green Room, seating 6 people is ideal for small groups and meetings. Minimum spend $250
The Purple Room
The Purple Room, seating 8-10 people is great for re-unions of family and friends.

The Hell Hole Jail
The Hell Hole, the Hotel’s Jail built is 1868 is now the perfect place to get locked in for degustation dining. Seating up to 20 inside or 40 guests including the outdoor terrace. Minumim spend $1,000.

The Chaise Lounge
The Chaise lounge is alovely way to get cosy whilst sharing a drink or snack.

Kids love to get around our antique Chinese table for a shared meal. The six little chairs are special.

The Beer Garden
The secure Beer Garden seats around 180 outside, much of the tables under-cover.

The Verandas
The veranda bars overlook Watervale on North Terrace. A great place to share a meal or a laugh.
The Jail Terrace
The Hell Hole terrace overlooks the beer garden and has an amazing elevated view of Watervale.

Dining at the Chef’s Table is a cooking demonstration in itself. You will learn from our talkative Chefs.
The Carl Sobels Wine Room
A special place to taste wine. It turns into a Cellar Door from 5 to 7pm.

WSET Training in the Hell Hole
TAFE run the Clare Valley’s Wine and Spirit Education Trust courses in the Hell Hole. You could be locked in until you pass your exam!
