Dining at the chef's table

In Kitchen Dining – The Chef’s Table

Seating at the Chef’s Table is currently limited to people booking the Six Senses Penobscot Farm Tour and Six Course Degustation; or our Cooking Masterclasses.

The opportunity to eat in the Kitchen on the bar is a cooking demonstration in itself, and the Chefs Table Degustation dining experience makes it truly amazing. Our talkative Chef’s love to explain what they are putting on your plate, how it has been made, and even tricks of the trade.

Degustation Dining

Permaculture is the ethical basis to the way we grow produce at Penobscot Farm. Out tasting menu takes these same ethics and our organic bio-dynamic produce into the kitchen. It implies not only ethical sourcing, but a genuine style of cuisine, and a no waste approach to using everything that comes into the kitchen.

Our Degustation Menu is a six course meal of seasonal produce served for either lunch or dinner. This option can be booked on our restaurant booking system. Additional wine matches or Farm Tour can be added.

Cooking Masterclasses.

A full day immersive cooking masterclass. Starting in the Hotel for morning tea and tour. A tour of our organic, biodynamic, permaculture farm to pick produce then back to the kitchen to prepare a late lunch. Morning tea and matched wines with lunch included.

The Cooking Masterclasses are available 9am – 4pm Monday to Fridays. 10 person Max

Watervale Epicurean Society Members will receive invitations prior to these events being advertised, so if you want to lodge interest in these courses please join us.
