The Watervale Hotel offers different menus to suit varied tastes and every occasion.
Our Premier experience is the Six Senses Penobscot Farm Tour and Six Course individually plated Degustation that can be matched to Clare Valley Wines or farm produce Mocktails.
Our degustation menus are a 6 course journey through our farm and the other beautiful produce of our region.
Our Farm Feast features vegetables from Penobscot Farm, Lamb from Martindale Farm and Greenslade’s free-range chicken. Our Gourmet Feast is not only more courses but a step up to dishes such as ceviche, carpaccio and tomahawk steak.

Our menu is driven by fresh organic produce from Penobscot Farm. We take our community responsibility seriously, and we actively minimise waste through sustainability practices.
Nicola and her team of Chef’s enhance the fresh, natural flavours from Penobscot Farm. We take inspiration from all over the world to deliver amazing, well-seasoned plates. Our extensive wine and beverage list unashamedly promotes Clare Valley products.
