Our Farm Feast features vegetables from Penobscot Farm, Lamb from Martindale Farm and Greenslade’s free-range chicken.

Our Gourmet Feast is not only more courses but a step up to dishes such as ceviche, carpaccio and tomahawk steak.

Our farm fresh to plate ‘a la carte’ menu features fresh organic produce from Penobscot, and other local Farms.


Six Senses Farm Tour

$275 / head all inclusive
Our premier experience includes a tour of our Penobscot Farm followed by a six course individually plated degustation dinner, matched to Clare Valley wines or farm produce mocktails.

Cooking Classes

Our Chefs will lead a range of cooking demonstrations and classes at Penobscot Farm and the Watervale Hotel.

Stay at the Watervale Hotel

We have our own six bedroom guesthouse next door that can sleep 6 couples. Let us spoil you with farm tours, inhouse chefs or dining packages.


Wine Flights

We offer a Wine Flight experience every evening that can be booked between 5 and 7pm for $40 / head including stuffed olives. This features four wines selected to celebrate the diversity of Clare Valley Terroir.
