Our spirits and cocktail list is centred around classic spirits, liqueurs and cocktails – well-known brands and recognizable combinations. 

We love to change things up. A Watervale Negroni is based on Amaro Montenegro, and our Espresso Martini uses Cascabel Coffee Liqueur Tequila. 

Many of our cocktails and spirit based beverages are enhanced with Penobscot Farm sourced fruit, garnishes, syrups or infusions.
